Law and Justice Foundation is the NSW statutory body working towards awareness and access to the law. They have guidelines on creating legal websites which are very useful.

Web Accessibility Initiative works with organizations around the world to develop strategies, guidelines, and resources to help make the Web accessible to people with disabilities. They have a number of sets of guidelines about making your webpage accessibile here.
